Join a Mastermind Group for Entrepreneurs in Nuremberg

Can you relate to these common founder challenges?

It's lonely at the top.

You're carrying the business, but have no true peers to talk through hard decisions.

No external accountability.

Goals slip because there's no one to call you on it — except you.

Decision fatigue.

Big choices feel risky when you only have your own perspective.

Growth has plateaued.

Day-to-day tasks crowd out strategy, experimentation, and innovation.

Overwhelm & burnout.

You're wearing every hat — sales, marketing, delivery, finance — and it's exhausting.

No founder peer network.

You're missing trusted, local entrepreneurs who give candid feedback and open doors.

If even one of these hits home, you'll fit right in here.

What is a Mastermind Group?

A mastermind is a small, curated group of founders who meet regularly to tackle real challenges together. In facilitator-led, trust-based sessions, members share hard-won lessons, get honest feedback, and commit to concrete next steps. The result: clearer decisions, faster progress, and a network you can rely on.

FAQs

How are groups formed?

We hand-match small groups of 6–10 founders by company stage and tier (Start, Traction, Systems, Scale, Leverage, Leader), revenue band, team size, and current challenges. We avoid direct competitors and balance perspectives.

What's the time commitment?

The group chooses the rhythm that fits: two 2-hour sessions per month or one 4-hour session.

Can I switch tiers as I grow?

Yes. We review progress quarterly (or sooner if you outgrow your tier). If a different tier is a better fit, we'll move you subject to seat availability.

What if I miss a session?

You'll receive meeting notes and action items from the facilitator, and recordings for online/hybrid sessions (if all members consent). You can book a brief catch-up with your facilitator when needed.

Group stability matters—consistent presence and active involvement are what make masterminds work. We ask members to maintain ~80% attendance, arrive prepared, and contribute to peers' hot seats. Repeated no-shows or low engagement may lead to a conversation about fit and, if necessary, pausing membership.

Is there a code of conduct / confidentiality?

Absolutely—our standards keep the vibe strong: Be useful, be concise, be focused, be accountable. We also follow the Chatham House Rule: share learnings, not identities or specifics. No unsolicited pitching or recruiting, start on time, and respect each other's time. Repeated violations may lead to removal.

Do you offer remote participation?

Yes. Sessions run in person in Nuremberg, with a high-quality online/hybrid option. Traveling or remote-first? Join via Zoom. We occasionally run remote-only meetings—note your preference on the application.
